Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and HUK SONS IT ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the HUK SONS IT website and related services.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; and (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us is prohibited.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (i) planned downtime (of which we shall give advance electronic notice); and (ii) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For Enterprise customers, specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding uptime and support response times are defined in your Master Services Agreement (MSA).

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Pakistan. HUK SONS IT and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration.
